This week at Lodge we will hold our monthly business meeting. The officers will be moving up a chair for this session, with Senior Warden Haithem Safo sitting in the East. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm, with the business meeting to commence at 7:30pm. Prompt attendance and appropriate attire are expected.
We’re currently promoting a few fundraising opportunities that I’d like to remind you of:
The Fall Country Breakfast will take place on October 20th from 9am-1pm. We’re asking for volunteers to set up, cook, serve, and clean up – but more importantly, we need everyone to participate in promoting the event to friends, family, or other groups you may be affiliated with. Let’s make this a success again this year and strive to do better every year.
I’ve also started up a fundraising raffle – the 55 draw. We’re only selling 55 tickets for a shot at a $500 prize. We’ve sold half of these already over the weekend, so if you want to participate, come to the business meeting this week and buy your tickets. I’m happy to accept Venmo as well if you can’t make it in person. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased from me directly – details are also on our website.
